8mm to DVD, Super8 to DVD and 16mm to DVD transfer is required to digitalize obsolete film reels, to convert them into the medium of the new age – DVD video discs.

VHS to DVD will increase the quality of old film on reels and create a perfect, flicker-free digital video. We can transfer your film reels into the format of your choice: DVD video discs, MiniDV, or VHS tapes.

Film reels deteriorate as time passes and without transferring the image to another more reliable medium such as digital tape or DVD, your precious 8mm or 16mm film will be completely lost.

Forget those space consuming and unreliable film projection machines and inconvenient fragile film!

You will be able to watch your old home movies effortlessly using your convenient DVD player or VCR. We can handle Regular silent 8mm film reels, Super8 film with sound and 16mm film reels of various sizes.

Digital video disc offers higher video and audio quality than VHS tape does. In addition, our DVDs contain 48 chapters of equal duration with a very convenient TV-menu for convenient playback and easy scene selection. We even print all of the thumbnails of the chapters on the DVD cover.

The most important benefit of a DVD, however, is its almost eternal archival term. DVDs can last for 100 years without any sign of deterioration, while VHS tape can last no more than 8-15 years.

VHS to DVD can also convert your 8mm film and 16mm film into a digital MiniDV tape. Film to digital tape transfer provides higher video quality than VHS tape and a little higher quality than DVD, so you can choose MiniDV tape as well as several inexpensive DVD duplicates for convenient playback.
